The terms & conditions must be read carefully. You will need to accept them before placing an order on the site www.lasavonnerieroyale.com.

The sales contract is executed between the parties upon validation of the order by the Customer (physical person) on the seller’s website: La Savonnerie Royale (www.lasavonnerieroyale.com).

1 - OBJECTIVE

The terms & conditions are intended to define the contractual relationship between LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE and the Client(individual) as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE’s site.

The purchase of a product through the site implies an unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these terms & conditions.

LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE reserves the right to modify its terms & conditions. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the Customer’s order.

2 - THE PRODUCTS

The products sold by LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE are those which appear on the site, on the day the user interacts with the site, and their purchase within the limits of available stock are those subject to the conditions stipulated in Article 1.

Product Information:
All our products comply with the legislation in force. The product details are available on the site (http://www.lasavonnerieroyale.com).

Product Availability:
Products are offered so long as they are in stock. Should the product ordered be unavailable, the Customer will be informed promptly upon the processing of the order and prior to delivery, by email.

If the payment was processed by credit card, LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE will take necessary measures with the bank, SOCIETE GENERALE, to subtract the price(s) of the unavailable Product(s) from the amount deducted from the Customer’s bank account or to refund it in the event that the deadline to intervene with the bank is too short.

If the payment has been made by wire transfer, LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE will refund by wire transfer the excess received.

LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE cannot be held responsible in the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable.

3 – PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices:

Product prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The prices displayed include packaging costs. In addition, delivery costs are invoiced, except in the case of promotion or discount. The delivery costs are specified to the Customer during the processing of the order.

Delivery costs in Metropolitan France are offered for any order above 70€.

Payment:
Payments must be made in euros.

- by credit card

Accepted credit cards are: Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard (secured payment)

The user will enter their card number, the expiry date thereof, the name of the cardholder and the cryptogram;

 - by wire transfer

The transfer must be made to LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE’s account for which the bank details are :

4-DELIVERY

Terms of Delivery:

As a general rule, orders paid for by credit card are sent out the same day (business day) if they are received before noon, or by the following business day if the order is received by the same afternoon.

Orders paid for by wire transfer are sent out within 48 hours of payment unless permission for delayed payment is granted in writing for businesses.

 Orders are then forwarded to the delivery company. The delivery time for metropolitan France is on average between 24-48 hours. LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE ships its products throughout France, the European Union, the United States and Japan. For any other destination not mentioned above, please contact us using the contact form or by writing to contact@lasavonnerieroyale.com.

 The products ordered by the Customer are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Therefore, while placing the order, the Customer must be certain to have provided accurate and complete information about the delivery address such as street number, building, city, country, zip-code, etc. A phone number where the Customer can be reached must also be provided.

Delivery Issues:

LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE will not be held responsible in cases of delay due to the delivery company.

In the case of late delivery, the Customer must report this delay as soon as possible, to LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE’S customer service by email to the following address: contact@lasavonnerieroyale.com. LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE will then contact the delivery company to research the issue. Upon receiving the ordered products, the Customer must check the conditions of these Products. Any complaint concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged parcel, …) will have to be indicated by the Customer on the receipt that the delivery company will present to them at time of delivery. The Customer must inform LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE’s customer service immediately by email to the following address contact@lasavonnerieroyale.com within 48 hours. In cases of non-compliance with this deadline, LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE will be free of all liability.

5- RETURN AND GUARANTEE

Return period for customers:

You have 14 days to change your mind about your online purchase.

Products that have been opened or that are damaged are neither returnable nor refundable.

You have the option of exercising your right of return before or after delivery of the goods. The countdown of the 14-day period begins the day after receipt of the order placed on the site www.lasavonnerieroyale.com. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following business day. You must return the products no later than 14 days after sending your return to the following address:

In the event that the products have been sent, La Savonnerie Royale will reimburse you within 14 days following the sending of your return and receipt of the returned products, the reshipping costs remaining at your expense.

In the event that you exercise your right of return before the products are dispatched, the order will simply be cancelled.

GUARANTEES:

The guarantee of La Savonnerie Royale is limited to the conformity of deliveries with orders. In the event of proven non-compliance of a product, the Customer must report it to La Savonnerie Royale within 3 days of receiving the product. After the formal agreement of La Savonnerie Royale email, the defective product will be replaced free of charge by La Savonnerie Royale.

The shipping costs for the return of the non-compliant product and those for sending the replacement product will be taken on by La Savonnerie Royale.

La Savonnerie Royale will not be liable for any compensation of any kind whatsoever, the Customer waiving any claim for compensation or any legal action.

In accordance with article 1641 c.civ, La Savonnerie Royale is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute or dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of our terms & conditions is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles, the jurisdiction in which LA SAVONNERIE ROYALE SAS is registered. The applicable law is French law.
