Terms of Delivery:
As a general rule, orders paid for by credit card are sent out the same day (business day) if they are received before noon, or by the following business day if the order is received by the same afternoon.
Orders paid for by wire transfer are sent out within 48 hours of payment unless permission for delayed payment is granted in writing for businesses only.
Orders are then forwarded to the delivery company. La Savonnerie Royale ships its products throughout France, the European Union, the United States and Japan. For any other destination not mentioned above, please contact us using the contact form or by writing to email@example.com.
The products ordered by the customer are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Therefore, while placing the order, the customer must be certain to have provided accurate and complete information about the delivery address such as street number, building, city, country, zip-code, etc. A phone number where the customer can be reached must also be provided.
Delivery Issues :
La Savonnerie Royale will not be held responsible in cases of delay due to the delivery company.
In cases of late delivery, the customer must report this delay as soon as possible, to La Savonnerie Royale’s customer service by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. La Savonnerie Royale will then contact the delivery company to research the issue. Upon receiving the ordered products, the customer must check the conditions of these Products. Any complaint concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged parcel, …) will have to be indicated by the customer on the receipt that the delivery company will present to them at time of delivery. The customer must inform La Savonnerie Royale’s customer service immediately by email to the following address email@example.com within 48 hours. In cases of non-compliance with this deadline, La Savonnerie Royale will be free of all liability.
The guarantee of La Savonnerie Royale’s products is only applicable to the products ordered and the products delivered and cannot guarantee any other issues related to delivery. Should the product delivered not conform to the product ordered, the customer must report it to La Savonnerie Royale within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation from La Savonnerie Royale by mail, the defective product shall be returned to La Savonnerie Royale and La Savonnerie Royale will replace it free of charge.
All costs associated with the product replacement and delivery will be the responsibility of La Savonnerie Royale.
La Savonnerie Royale will not be liable for any compensation of any kind whatsoever, the customer waives any claim for compensation or prosecution.
Retraction period for individuals:
The customer has a 21-day period to return their purchase. However, products that have been opened or damaged are not returnable or refundable.
customers have the opportunity to exercise their right of withdrawal before or after the delivery of the goods. The countdown of the 21-day period begins the day after the order is placed on the site www.lasavonnerieroyale.com. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
You must return the products no later than 21-days after sending your withdrawal request to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service representative will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Should the delivery already be en route, La Savonnerie Royale will reimburse you within 21 days of sending your withdrawal request and the products, and the shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Should the customer choose to return the item before it is en route, the order will simply be canceled.
